A big named company failed to pass on that they were to come to my house and now it was late in the afternoon and wouldn’t come until the next day. I said no and called Bert Black. They came out this evening and was able to fix our plumbing same day. Very professional and even told what caused the problem so it doesn’t happen again. I won’t be using any other plumbing company. I was very impressed

Wonderful service! They were able to get a tech out, who is knowledgeable and polite, even giving you the name and picture of who is coming to your house. That way you know who to expect. They provided estimates and explained things thoroughly and what would work best in the future. John Tackett with Bert Black was incredibly polite and courteous and knowledgeable. You really can't ask for more! Absolute 10 out of 10!

Great customer service. They had my new heating unit installed and working the next day. The three installation technicians that did the install were very courteous and professional. Afterwards they cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend this company. Great job! I will be using them again for my AC tune up in the spring. A BIG Thank You to the first technician that found the problem. He did a great job explaining the options available to me.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Jonah was excellent in finding where my leak was and fixed it in little to no time while being very professional! Contacted this company Monday evening, they came the very next afternoon and fixed my problem very satisfied!!!!

My heat was out and the temperatures are dropping into the 20’s in the next couple of days. Contacted Bert Black this morning and a technician was dispatched to arrive after lunch. Craig troubleshot my issues and had my heating unit up in short order. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable.

I am very pleased with the service that Mr Bob Glover provided for me today. He very meticulously checked both heating systems and installed CO 2 alarms for the house. I feel very secure now that our house is in good hands with Bert Black and especially, Bob Glover.

My serviceman, John, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable on the brand of my heater. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. It was dark outside, and he worked with a flashlight in one hand and tools in the other. He made proper repairs, and thoroughly tested the unit before he left to make sure we were happy and satisfied.
